Pear pie (Julie)

  • Dough
  • 100g of chocolate
  • 1 small box of cream (15cl)
  • 80g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 spoons of milk
  • Pears in syrup

You might bake the dough if the batter and pears are too juicy.
Melt the chocolate with the milk and half the cream in a pot then pour it over the dough.
Whip the eggs then add the sugar and half the cream. Now put the pear in halves or smaller and cover with the egg-cream-sugar batter.
Bake in the oven for 30minutes at 180 (approximately).

You can replace the cream with cottage cheese or yoghurt to make this easier on your diet!
