Vegetable tourte (Goulven)

  • Dough
  • Tomatoes
  • Leeks
  • Onions

Fry the onions, then add the tomatoes and leeks in small pieces with salt, pepper and herbs. They should be quite soft, and rather dry.
Then put them in the dough, close it but leave a hole on top so it doesn't explode (!).
You can eat it warm or cold, and if you make several small ones they are a very convenient and unusual sandwich...
