Lemon Cream (Goulven)

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • Sugar
  • Maizena

Mix the yolks and a lot of sugar, add the lemon skin, then one spoonfull of maizena. Or more if you don't know what else to do with it!

Heat and stir regularly for 5 minutes, put away from heat source while you add the lemon juice. Taste and add more sugar if the lemon is too strong.

Whip the white of the eggs with still more sugar until solid, then add it delicately to the first preparation and let it cool down for a few hours at least.

You could decorate with the lemon skin if you hadn't grated it as I told you...

This recipe is nice but it feels very heavy, maybe we should add even more sugar? ;-)
