Easter cake (Adeline)

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 60-70g butter
  • 1/4l milk
  • 150g flour
  • 4 tablespoon orange flower water
  • 5-6 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 vanilla sugar
Directions

Melt the butter on the stove, add the milk, orange flower water and vanilla sugar. Put aside and add the flour then heat it up again while kneading.

Add the eggs one by one after the preparation has cooled down (if you don't wait the eggs will cook).

Spread it on the oven dish, decorate the top with a fork and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Haven't tried making it personally, but I trust the cook...
