Rapsberry dream (Katerina)

  • 250g flour
  • 150g butter
  • 150g sugar (plus some for the batter)
  • 1kg cottage cheese
  • Vanilla sauce powder
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Rapsberries or other fruits (remove unneeded juice)

Prepare the dough and mix the other ingredients together. Now, two options (depending on the country you're in).
If your cottage cheese is the sweet kind, mix it with some milk, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar then pour over the dough and bake for about 45 minutes.
If it is the sour kind you will have to bake the dough separately while you add the vanilla sauce and sugar to the cheese, then pour this over the dough and leave it in the fridge for several hours.
In the end, ornate with the fruits and serve fresh... Then succumb! Never in my entire life had I tasted something that good, honest -even though I know a good many gifted cooks!
