Chicken à la Gaston-Gérard (Pierre & Sylvie)

  • Chicken (wings or whole)
  • Comté cheese
  • Grated cheese
  • Fresh cream (a lot)
  • White wine
  • Mustard
  • Butter
  • Breadcrumbs

Melt the butter in a pan and cook the chicken pieces until golden. Add salt, pepper and soft paprika then cover for 30 minutes before putting the pieces in an oven dish.
Throw away the grease of the chicken and pour the wine into the pan, then the comté cheese, the heat shouldn't be too high. Stir so the cheese melts, then add the cream, heat up until it boils and add the mustard.
Now pour this (oh so healthy) sauce on the chicken pieces, cover with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese before grilling it in the oven for about 15 minutes. Now remain calm and don't attack your neighbour's plate before yours is empty!
