Mustard and tomato pie (Floriane)

Ingredients
  • Dough
  • Mustard (French is best!)
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Grated cheese
Directions

Spread the dough in an oven dish, cover it with mustard, then put tomato slices, salt pepper and herbs, top it over with the grated cheese.
Bake it but not too long, nothing realy needs to cook. And usually it is quickly eaten too!
