Goat cheese and mint pie (Floriane)

- Dough
- Goat chees in roll (need not be very tasty)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Eggs
- Milk
- Directions
Spread the dough in oven dish, then cover with the sliced goat cheese and mint leaves. Whisk milk and egg and pour on top, then bake and enjoy!
