Spring rolls for breakfast

Yesterday Floriane and me tried making spring rolls on our own. And, surprisingly, it worked!

Unless you call for it with all your tears I won't relate everything step by step but we prepared some filling with vegetables then wrapped it up in rice paper and hop! into the oil... That's how I came to eat spring rolls for breakfast, before going to work.
Indeed it doesn't take so long to be able to make very professional-looking spring rolls, but it sure takes a lot of time to prepare them or fry them. And next time (if ever there is one) we'll put a lot more spices in the filling, maybe more meat too... These vegetables really tricked us into believing that we'd never have enough rice paper but we still have 30 more!
